Our mission
According to multiple HR studies, around 75% of resumes are never read by a human. They are filtered upstream by ATS software (Applicant Tracking Systems) that reject any poorly-structured format, non-standard layout or missing keyword. CVATS gives every candidate a simple, free tool to produce a resume that clears those filters and lands in front of recruiters.

Is CVATS really 100% free ?+
Yes. No account, no credit card, no download limit. Creating, editing and exporting your PDF resume is free with no restriction, and will remain so.
Is my data shared with third parties ?+
No. The information you enter in your resume stays in your browser (localStorage). It is never sent to our servers or to partners.
How is an ATS resume different from a regular CV ?+
An ATS resume follows precise rules so it can be read by recruiting software : single column, standard fonts, clearly named sections, keywords pulled from the job ad. Every CVATS template respects these rules.
Who builds and maintains CVATS ?+
CVATS is built by Guillaume Ortin, an independent developer based in France, and hosted on Vercel. The site evolves continuously with new templates, languages and tips added every month.
Does CVATS work offline ?+
Yes. Once the page is loaded, the editor runs entirely in your browser. You can create and download your resume even without an Internet connection.
How many resume templates and languages are available ?+
